Introduction

北京卓眾出版有限公司（以下簡稱“卓眾出版”）是隸屬于中國機械工業集團有限公司所屬中國農業機械化科學研究院集團有限公司的國有文化企業，于2007年6月注冊成立，注冊資本5000萬元。作為原國家新聞出版總署確定的文化體制改革試點單位，卓眾出版是我國第一家實現轉企改制的科技期刊出版企業，前身可追溯到1958年創辦的《農業機械》雜志。

進入互聯網時代，卓眾出版在報刊出版的基礎上，不斷推進傳媒業務與互聯網技術的深度融合。目前，卓眾出版旗下擁有31刊1報，及若干自主開發的PC端、移動端新媒體產品，在汽車、裝備制造、文化社科等行業領域具有強大的全媒體影響力、資源整合能力以及營銷服務能力。卓眾出版已由一家專業報刊出版企業成功轉型成為一家數字傳媒集團化企業，主營業務也轉型為傳媒業務、整合營銷以及數字服務業務，卓眾出版的數字傳媒時代已全面開啟。

Beijing Prominion Publishing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Prominion Publishing”) is a wholly state-owned cultural enterprise affiliated to Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences under the China Machinery Industry Corporation，established in June 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. As a pilot for the Cultural System reform determined by the former State Administration of Press and Publication, Prominion Publishing is the first sci-tech journal publishing group in China which transformed from a publishing institution into an enterprise。Our history dates back to "Farm Machinery" magazine founded in 1958. Since entering Internet era, Prominion Publishing continues to promote the integration of media business and network technology, as well as develops newspaper and periodicals publishing. At present, Prominion Publishing owns 31 journals, 1 newspaper, and a number of self-developed new media products such as websites and Apps. We have strong all-media influence, abilities of resource integration and marketing services in automotive industry, equipment manufacturing field as well as culture and social sciences fields. Prominion Publishing has successfully transformed from a professional journal publishing group into a digital media enterprise, with main business of media operating, integrated digital marketing and digital service. The digital media era of Prominion Publishing has fully opened. Over the years, Prominion publishing has been adhering to the enterprise development concept of innovation, always walking in the forefront of system innovation, concept innovation, product innovation and management innovation, and has achieved good social and economic benefits, and has been highly recognized and evaluated by the management department, industry and readers. In 2010, Prominion publishing won the "Advanced Publishing Unit" award of The Chinese Government Publishing Award, the highest award in the publishing industry. In 2012, We won the honorary title of "Advanced Unit of National Cultural System Reform". In 2020, two subsidiaries of Prominion publishing have passed the national "high-tech Enterprise" qualification certification. In 2021, Prominion publishing won the "Advanced Publishing Unit" award of Chinese Government Publishing Award again, the "Capital Civilized Unit" of 2018-2020 in the same year, and was successfully selected as the "Featured Unit“ of Publishing Integration Development Project of National Press and Publication Administration of China 2021. The key Laboratory of Science and Technology and Standards of The Publishing Industry of The National Press and Publication Administration, which the company took the lead in applying for, was approved successfully.
